Step 2: Define Technical Specification

Our jewelry designer converts your idea into formal technical drawings, mark exact size, stone size, thickness, chain length. We send the spec sheet to you for confirmation before prototype making. Any adjustment can be modified free at this stage.

Step 3: Design & Make Physical Prototype

We open mold according to confirmed specs and produce a real sample piece. For ODM orders, we adjust existing molds to match your custom needs.
The prototype includes all final details: engraving, plating, stone inlay, polishing. We send prototype photos or physical sample to you for review.

Step 4: Develop Mass Production

Once prototype gets your full approval, we arrange formal mass production on our full-automatic production line:

1. Metal cutting & forming
2. Precise engraving & stone setting
3. Multi-layer polishing to remove rough edges
4. Anti-tarnish electroplating

Step 5: Strict QC Inspection

All jewelry pieces pass 3 rounds of quality control before packing:

2. Appearance inspection: scratch, fade, loose stones, unclear engraving
3. Size & weight measurement check
   Defective products will be remade for free to guarantee zero defective shipment.

Step 6: Deliver & Global Shipping

Qualified jewelry is packed with custom brand packaging as requested. We support multiple shipping ways: sea freight, air express DHL/Fedex/UPS with door-to-door delivery. We send tracking number once goods leave factory.
